Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate Chinese language curriculum for preschool children
- Create interactive lesson plans incorporating cultural elements and language fundamentals
- Assess student progress and maintain detailed developmental records
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create a nurturing multicultural classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's language development
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
- Ensure classroom safety and adherence to early childhood education standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent teaching qualification
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English languages
- Previous experience teaching Chinese to preschool-aged children preferred
- Valid Letter of No Objection (LON) for Singapore employment
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible rotating shifts
