- Manage and respond to inbound leads and initiate outbound calls to qualify prospects.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel using email, phone, and social media platforms.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and update client records accurately.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions to close deals effectively.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets set by management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve overall conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
