Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and compile lists of potential clients and prospects.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, email, and LinkedIn, to initiate contact and generate new leads.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate prospect information and interaction history.
- Qualify incoming leads to ensure they meet our target criteria before forwarding them to the sales team.
- Execute cold calling and outreach campaigns to build rapport with decision-makers.
- Analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly reports on prospect activities and lead pipeline status.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research skills with the ability to find contact information quickly and accurately.
- High level of self-discipline and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new sales techniques.
