In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Leasing to develop and execute strategic leasing initiatives that maximize occupancy rates and rental income. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head of Leasing in developing and implementing leasing strategies for mall retail spaces
- Identify and approach potential tenants through market research and networking
- Conduct property tours and present leasing opportunities to prospective clients
- Negotiate lease terms and agreements to maximize rental income and occupancy
- Prepare and maintain leasing documentation, including proposals and contracts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to enhance tenant satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and market analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial leasing or retail sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of local retail market and tenant requirements
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus
