Tanggung Jawab
- Host engaging live streaming sessions to showcase beauty products and brand offerings
- Interact with real-time audiences, answering questions and driving product engagement
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless technical execution of live streams
- Monitor and analyze streaming metrics to optimize content and audience reach
- Stay updated on beauty industry trends and product knowledge for authentic presentations
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align streaming content with campaign goals
- Develop creative on-screen content that enhances product demonstrations and viewer experience
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a live stream host or digital presenter, preferably in beauty/retail
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency with live streaming platforms (Instagram Live, TikTok Live, etc.) and basic AV equipment
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, cosmetics, and current industry trends
- Ability to maintain composure and adaptability during live broadcasts and technical challenges
- Creativity with on-screen presentation and content development skills
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and audience engagement strategies
