Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute localized digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and email platforms
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities to achieve monthly revenue targets
- Provide comprehensive client consultations and guidance throughout the service journey
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Track campaign performance metrics and optimize conversion funnels
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in digital marketing and sales within the Indonesian market
- Strong proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for client communications
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with track record of meeting targets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
