Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate a team of beauty advisors to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising and product presentation are maintained at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and consultative selling to retain clients and drive loyalty.
- Organize and execute in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Manage stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and handle loss prevention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, specifically in skincare or beauty.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading a retail team.
- Strong product knowledge of premium skincare brands and beauty trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid Singaporean Citizenship or relevant work pass.
