Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage strategic operational plans for the hospitality division, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and on time.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and internal management reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Develop and lead training programs to upskill the management team and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management or leadership role within the hospitality or service industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
- Proven track record of managing operations and driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (proficiency in both is highly preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
