Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and sales floor supervision
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, problem-solving, and relationship building
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve KPIs and business objectives
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Monitor store presentation standards and visual merchandising compliance
- Participate in regional projects to develop business acumen and leadership skills
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong passion for pets and the pet retail industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership capabilities through extracurricular activities or internships
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic retail management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Results-oriented mindset with adaptability to fast-paced retail environments
- Valid Malaysian work permit and clean criminal record
