Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Train and mentor new team members on store policies and procedures
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Contribute to store improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Learn and execute loss prevention and security protocols
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
