Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for international student mobility, including inbound and outbound exchange programs.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with partner institutions worldwide to secure high-quality exchange placements.
- Lead the promotion and marketing of SIT’s global experience initiatives to attract prospective students and international partners.
- Coordinate the logistical and administrative aspects of exchange programs, ensuring compliance with academic and visa regulations.
- Analyze program data and feedback to optimize student experiences and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including faculty, student affairs, and the international office, to ensure program alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in international education, student affairs, or global mobility management.
- Proven track record of managing international partnerships and successfully executing student exchange programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a strong advantage.
