- Develop and execute strategic partnership frameworks for RoboNexus initiatives
- Lead commercialization efforts for robotic technologies from research to market
- Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, research institutions, and government bodies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the robotics value chain
- Oversee program execution, ensuring alignment with national robotic program objectives
- Drive innovation through collaborative R&D projects and technology transfer initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic direction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology commercialization or business development
- Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships in robotics/AI sector
- Strong leadership experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Singapore's tech ecosystem and government initiatives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing national-scale programs or industry consortia
