Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons tailored to students' proficiency levels.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, exams, and interactive activities.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Prepare students for standardized Mandarin proficiency tests (e.g., HSK).
- Participate in staff meetings, curriculum planning, and training sessions.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning environment.
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent Mandarin speaker (Native speakers preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience, especially with children or beginners.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, nurturing demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
