Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with maritime industry clients focusing on project logistics and oversized cargo
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation activities
- Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present customized logistics solutions for complex cargo transportation
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in maritime, logistics, or project cargo industry
- Proven track record in B2B sales with demonstrated revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and oversized cargo handling
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with access to personal vehicle for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
