Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies to highlight key product lines.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of in-store displays for seasonal promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Analyze sales trends to recommend optimal product placement and layout adjustments.
- Organize and maintain the shop floor to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field.
- A strong passion for toys, collectibles, and lifestyle products is highly preferred.
- Excellent creative skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
