As a Merchandise Staff member, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and organization standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage merchandise warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing stock according to SOPs
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate merchandise returns, exchanges, and damaged goods handling per company policies
- Collaborate with retail teams to ensure optimal stock levels for all sales outlets
- Prepare and maintain administrative documentation for inventory transactions
- Implement warehouse safety protocols and maintain organized storage systems
- Support special events and promotions with timely merchandise preparations
- Train new staff on warehouse procedures and operational standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail/logistics education preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or retail inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 20kg and work in a physically active environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Problem-solving aptitude for inventory discrepancies and operational challenges
- Knowledge of Balinese culture and tourism industry advantageous
