Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and maintain product displays to maximize visual appeal and sales
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and promotional plans
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to prevent out-of-stock situations
- Collaborate with retail staff to optimize product placement and promotional effectiveness
- Set up seasonal and promotional displays according to company guidelines
- Train store associates on merchandising best practices and product knowledge
- Analyze sales data to inform merchandising strategies and identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business/Marketing preferred
- 1-2 years of retail or merchandising experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in retail inventory management systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation preferred
