- Report daily promotional activities to Sales Manager/Supervisor
- Execute standard product display and merchandising plans
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Ensure pricing accuracy and promotional signage compliance
- Conduct store audits to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Collect competitor intelligence and market trend data
- Train store staff on product features and promotions
- Optimize shelf space allocation for maximum visibility
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years retail or merchandising experience
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license for store visits
- Physical ability to lift merchandise (up to 20kg)
