Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain product display standards to ensure brand consistency.
- Ensure retail shelves are fully stocked and organized according to company guidelines.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and merchandising campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities and stock movements.
- Communicate effectively with supply chain teams to forecast demand accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in FMCG or retail is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
