Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selection and styling advice.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including fabric types, care instructions, and collection details.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Support the store team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and possess a keen eye for detail.
