Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual music lessons in piano, violin, guitar, cello, drums, or wind instruments to students of various skill levels
- Develop personalized lesson plans that align with students' goals, abilities, and learning styles
- Teach music theory fundamentals and practical techniques appropriate for each instrument
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
- Prepare students for examinations, recitals, and performances
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and development
- Stay updated with current teaching methodologies and musical trends
Kualifikasi
- Professional qualification or certification in music education or performance (degree, diploma, or equivalent)
- Proven proficiency in at least one of the following instruments: piano, violin, guitar, cello, drums, or wind instruments
- Previous teaching experience with students of various age groups and skill levels
- Strong knowledge of music theory and practical techniques
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for music education
- Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
