Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging Mandarin language lesson plans tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels
- Create a dynamic and interactive classroom environment that encourages active participation and cultural exchange
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
- Incorporate multimedia resources and technology to enhance the learning experience
- Organize cultural activities and events that provide students with authentic exposure to Chinese traditions
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain curriculum consistency and educational standards
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and classroom activities
Kualifikasi
- Native Mandarin speaker with excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, Chinese Language, or related field
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification in language education
- Previous experience teaching Mandarin to non-native speakers, preferably in an international setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students of various cultural backgrounds
- Creative teaching approach with the ability to develop innovative lesson materials
- Patient, enthusiastic, and culturally sensitive with a passion for language education
- Proficiency in using educational technology and multimedia resources in the classroom
