Join the Mandarin Learning Course team as an Offline Mandarin Teacher! We are seeking passionate educators to help students master the Chinese language in a dynamic classroom environment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Mandarin language instruction to students of various proficiency levels. You will design engaging lesson plans, facilitate interactive learning experiences, and monitor student progress to ensure they achieve their language goals effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging Mandarin language classes for students of all proficiency levels (beginner to advanced).
- Develop and implement lesson plans and teaching materials that align with curriculum standards.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, exams, and practical conversation exercises.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to refine teaching strategies and share resources.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred).
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 6 or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching Mandarin to non-native speakers (offline/online).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in curriculum development is a plus.
- Valid teaching certification (optional but preferred).
