We are looking for a professional who can balance operational efficiency with top-tier customer service in one of Yogyakarta's most exciting destinations.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our park’s daily operations. You will manage a diverse team, ensuring that all facilities, attractions, and services are running smoothly and safely. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction while adhering to Indonesian labor regulations, including the provision of BPJS benefits. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Ibarbo Park to ensure seamless functionality.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance appraisals to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, health regulations, and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage inventory and facility maintenance.
- Monitor operational budgets and control expenses to ensure profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently to maximize satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies that align with company goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operational management within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, including BPJS and social security requirements.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is a plus.
