Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations management
- Proven track record of improving sales and profitability through operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in team development and performance management
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
