Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of Korean F&B retail outlets, ensuring compliance with brand standards and hygiene regulations
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory control, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships for Korean-specific ingredients
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets and maintain service excellence
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement data-driven improvements in efficiency and cost management
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and brand activations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian food safety regulations and international F&B standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of F&B operations management experience with Korean brands preferred
- Proven expertise in retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain optimization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to train and motivate diverse teams
- Deep understanding of Korean cuisine, cultural nuances, and market trends
- Advanced analytical skills for interpreting operational data and implementing improvements
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in POS systems and operational software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
