- Provide personalized eyewear consultations based on facial structure, lifestyle needs, and fashion preferences
- Drive sales through product knowledge, trend awareness, and exceptional customer engagement
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive and organized retail space
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Build and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and optical industry developments
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in luxury retail, fashion, or optical sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across diverse demographics
- Basic understanding of optical products, frame materials, and lens technologies
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and basic inventory management
- Keen fashion sense with ability to identify current and emerging style trends
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages advantageous
