Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily kitchen operations and menu execution for Western fusion cuisine
- Develop and implement innovative dishes aligned with culinary trends

- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques and protocols

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years as a Chef or senior kitchen role in Western fusion/bistro settings
