Continental Lamp is seeking a dynamic and communicative Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Continental Lamp, building relationships with residential and commercial clients while showcasing our premium lighting solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, meeting new people, and has a passion for interior design and lighting. You'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while helping clients transform their spaces with our stunning decorative lighting products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the outside sales territory
- Promote and sell decorative lighting products to residential and commercial clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities
- Prepare and present product demonstrations to potential clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in outside sales or field sales, preferably in the lighting or home decor industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Familiarity with the Jakarta area and surrounding regions
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
