- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential overseas clients and untapped business opportunities.
- Reach out to potential B2B buyers through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Attend daily sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and refine selling techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader brand messaging and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends to provide valuable insights to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to pitch ideas clearly and confidently.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for effective overseas communication.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or a strong willingness to learn new sales tools quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a distinct advantage.
