Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including espresso drinks and brewed coffee, according to strict recipes and quality standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and safely.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including cleaning equipment, counters, and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments with precision and attention to detail.
- Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not strictly required; we value passion and a willingness to learn.
- A genuine love for coffee and an understanding of brewing techniques is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by the business schedule.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
