Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, greeting guests and assisting with orders.
- Prepare and serve food items, including meat, vegetables, and hot pot ingredients, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms at all times.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process payments and handle transactions.
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring the dining space is welcoming and organized.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols, including proper food handling and personal hygiene.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle light to moderate physical tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Must be willing to work in a non-halal environment.
- Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
