Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality tea beverages, including specialty teas and iced drinks, with precision and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea bar, workstation, and dining area at all times, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process orders, manage payments, and handle customer inquiries.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies regarding ingredients and preparation.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking ingredients, checking stock levels, and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service operations and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory; a strong passion for tea and customer service is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
