- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and play-based learning experiences that stimulate creativity and cognitive development.
- Monitor the safety, health, and well-being of children at all times, ensuring a secure and happy environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily progress, achievements, and any specific needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages social and emotional growth among children.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure consistent care, curriculum delivery, and a harmonious team dynamic.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field is preferred.
- Valid Certificate of Service (COS) or Teacher's Service Letter is mandatory.
- Demonstrated passion for working with young children, along with patience, empathy, and a nurturing demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children and parents.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to the center's operational schedule.
