- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood development standards
- Facilitate play-based learning activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Monitor children's progress and maintain developmental documentation for parent consultations
- Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment with organized learning materials
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop cohesive curriculum experiences
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development and classroom activities
- Participate in center events, workshops, and continuous professional development
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Proven experience working with children aged 1-6 years in educational settings
- Strong understanding of child development principles and learning methodologies
- Creative lesson planning abilities with focus on hands-on activities
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for early childhood education
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
