- Prepare, bake, and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and sweet dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Manage daily pastry production schedules and ensure timely completion of all items
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with pastry ordering to maintain adequate stock
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and equipment
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dessert items and seasonal offerings
- Train and guide junior pastry staff on techniques and procedures
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all pastry products
Kualifikasi
- Culinary or pastry arts certification or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and creative presentation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
