Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pawnshop, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, documentation, and filing.
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of items (gadgets, jewelry, etc.) to determine pawn value.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of all pledged items.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Ensure the shop premises are clean, secure, and presentable at all times.
- Adhere to company security protocols and cash handling policies to prevent loss.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail, pawnshops, or jewelry is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong numerical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with POS systems is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
