Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including bookings and visa processing where necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses.
- Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines and preparing necessary documentation.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a part-time capacity.
