Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including bookings and visa processing where necessary.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration is a plus.
