Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily sales administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and CRM maintenance
- Coordinate sales activities between clients, internal teams, and external partners
- Support the sales team in achieving targets through lead generation and follow-up
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics for management review
- Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales records and inventory tracking systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales coordination or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Experience working in hospitality or luxury service industry
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
