Tanggung Jawab
- Manage administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation
- Coordinate internal communications and external stakeholder interactions
- Organize meetings, appointments, and office events efficiently
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Support executives with travel arrangements and expense management
- Prepare bilingual reports and presentations in English and Mandarin
- Assist in onboarding new employees and training programs
- Monitor office supplies inventory and procurement processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field (S1 minimum)
- Fluent English proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Mandarin language skills highly advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
