Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert advice to customers on pet nutrition, health, and wellbeing products
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products for their pets' specific needs
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and new products
- Ensure excellent customer service through product demonstrations and consultations
- Manage inventory and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed attractively
- Participate in store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Kualifikasi
- Passionate about animals and committed to providing excellent pet care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Basic knowledge of pet nutrition and health is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shift hours
