Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience teaching phonics to young learners (ages 4-12)
- Strong knowledge of phonics methodologies and literacy development stages
- Creative teaching skills with ability to design engaging activities
- Fluent in English with clear pronunciation and communication skills
- Certificate/Degree in Early Childhood Education or TESOL preferred
- Patient, energetic, and passionate about child education
