Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or process chemistry
- Proficiency in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, FTIR, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of chemical formulation principles
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
