Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in preschool/kindergarten management
- Valid teaching certification and state-mandated childcare credentials
- Proven leadership skills in team building and conflict resolution
- Strong understanding of child development principles and pedagogical approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Financial acumen for budget management and resource allocation
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
