Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans and educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of preschool and kindergarten children.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and social interaction among students.
- Monitor and support the emotional and social growth of students, providing guidance and encouragement to build self-confidence.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, daily activities, and any developmental updates.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
- Assist in organizing school events, field trips, and parent-teacher meetings to strengthen the school community.
- Utilize various teaching aids, including digital tools and sensory materials, to enhance the learning experience.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related teaching qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with young children and parents.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for nurturing young minds.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
