- Oversee the daily operations and educational standards of the preschool.
- Develop and implement a robust curriculum that aligns with early childhood development best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for teaching and support staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and the local community.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational logistics efficiently.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to drive school-wide initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification or Principal’s license.
- Proven leadership experience in a preschool or educational setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
