At Busy Bees, we are dedicated to providing children with the best start in life. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant team in Toa Payoh. In this role, you will create a stimulating and nurturing environment where young learners can explore, discover, and grow. We believe in fostering a love for learning through play-based activities and a curriculum designed to meet developmental milestones.
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure the safety and well-being of every child, building strong relationships with parents to support their child's educational journey. If you are enthusiastic about early childhood development and want to make a real difference, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that stimulates curiosity.
- Monitor children's daily progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and supervision at all times.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to organize school events and developmental milestones.
- Provide care and supervision during nap times and outdoor play sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of child attendance and developmental assessments.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECCE) or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) issued by the Ministry of Education, Singapore.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a preschool setting is preferred.
- Passion for working with young children and a patient, nurturing demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team of educators.
- Knowledge of the Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) framework.
