Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain management
- Experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- CIPS certification or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record in supplier relationship management
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in procurement
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
