We are seeking a highly organized Production Administrator with Mandarin language proficiency to join our dynamic team at PT HOMEWOOD CONTROL SOLUTIONS. In this contract position based in Batam, you will be the vital bridge between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and production operations, ensuring seamless administrative support across all production workflows. Your expertise in SAP systems will be crucial for maintaining accurate data records, optimizing inventory tracking, and generating critical production reports. Beyond technical proficiency, you'll serve as a cultural liaison, translating complex operational instructions and facilitating clear communication between international teams and local staff. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced industrial environment where your administrative acumen and language skills will directly impact production efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain SAP production modules for data accuracy and inventory control
- Act as primary Mandarin-Indonesian translator for production communications and documentation
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks including shift scheduling, equipment maintenance logs, and supply requisitions
- Generate production reports and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Liaise between Mandarin-speaking management and local production teams to ensure alignment
- Oversee production documentation compliance and maintain digital/physical filing systems
- Assist in troubleshooting production bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia
- Minimum 2 years experience in production administration or industrial support roles
- Proficiency in SAP systems with hands-on experience in production modules
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation and data management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and cross-cultural communication skills
