- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, equipment, and utensils

- Assist in menu development and recipe creation for our cafe, sky dining, and beach club offerings
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management
- Adapt to different cooking styles required for cafe, fine dining, and casual beach club environments
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen environment
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
